Great audio lesson Jason.
One area where your listeners can define their own success is in their eating habits. You have direct control over what you put in your body, and the positive feedback is relatively quick. Improved energy, weight loss, less sickness etc.!

Awesome audio
This is a really good lesson that can be used in all areas of your lives be gym work, diets, sports really anything. I think that it is a great way for people ease there fears and to build practial confidence. Most times its what we percieve that could go wrong is what makes us afraid, I had some one tell me one time that ‘Perception is not Reality’ I think this is a relly good lesson aswell. I think its all about controlling our own life which is all we can do this is where I beleive we had the power we are the ones that make the choises to do or not to do things in our lives we are the ones that decide how we feel about ourselves not what we think other people thinkof us (and does it reallymatter)
Anyway thanks

Your point in defining success by focusing on what you can control instead of what your desired outcome is struck a major learning chord for me. That application is also applicable to business goals. Thank you.
